WHO WE ARE ………….WHAT WE DO

Our principal photographer is Eddie Evans Grad ISM,  while son Ed Evans is the ‘back-room’ expert who takes care of technical matters.   Eddie has spent his working life dealing with people from all walks of life,  and his qualifications reflect this. You won’t find him talking professional jargon such as “depth of field” or, “f-stops”  to his clients.  Eddie’s skill is in the artistic composition of photographs, and simple explanations of his objectives. He believes that photography should be enjoyed by both the photographer and, his subjects.

Our approach to “WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY” is very simple.  We LISTEN to what YOU want, not, what some might say you should have!   Our clients are not just another commodity waiting to be processed, they are real people, with real expectations. Yes we are paid for our services, but equally, we do get satisfaction from a job well done.  Your satisfaction,  is the recommendation of our services for future clients.

You will find us courteous, approachable, and friendly throughout. From our very first meeting, and, on the “BIG DAY” itself, our aim is to put you at ease, with minimum fuss, and set about achieving those special photographs, you, your families and friends, will treasure for ever.

Apart from pleasing compliments from clients in respect of our work, the thanks we have received in respect of the pleasant manner we have conducted ourselves are equally important. No wedding needs a photographer who is a ‘bossy-boots’, as he certainly is not going to capture the spontaneous happy moments.  Each wedding is unique.  The personalities of the Bride and Groom, both sets of families and invited guests are ALL different, as indeed are the variety of locations each of which provide that special back-ground.

Eddie sets out to capture the ‘magic’ of the day, the personalities of the day, right through the day. From the “must have” shots of the  ‘rings’, the first kiss as ‘man and wife’, the cutting of the cake,  to the funny, unusual, and ‘candid’ shots that go to make YOUR album and CD collection so special. We include some black & white photographs for the ‘traditionalists’,  and also try to add a few of our own modernistic  “digie-art” specials  ………. look out for these during our laptop presentation !!!!!!!!!

Question:-        “HOW COME YOUR  ‘PACKAGE’  PRICE IS A LOT LOWER COMPARED TO OTHERS,  WHO,  IN A LOT OF CASES CHARGE FROM £1000 UPWARDS ? “

Answers:-

(a)     We produce quality photographs, without the high overheads of operating expensive studios etc.

(b)     We recognise that the costs involved in getting married nowadays are very high indeed.

(c )    We thus make what we believe to be a  “FAIR”  profit,  from each wedding we photograph, which together with recommendations, brings us more business.   In other words we try to give value for money, without sacrificing quality.

(d )       Unlike many ‘others’, we are not shy about announcing our ‘Package Price’ .

There are  NO  “hidden extras”.   The total  ‘Package Price’ for 2008  is £375:00.

The DEPOSIT of £100:00 is payable within 7 days of booking our services, with

the BALANCE of £275:00 payable no later than four weeks prior to the Wedding

             Day.

For weddings staged in Liverpool, Chester and North Wales, a nominal “fuel

Expenses” supplement is applicable, relevant to the mileage involved.

NB  As part of our ‘personal touch’, we can arrange for a  “stretched canvas”  to be made of your favourite photograph from the set,  should you so wish.  Size obviously dictates the price of this special item, but here too we only charge a nominal fee on top of the manufacturers price.    The average total cost is around £50:00 ………… making it an ideal wedding present for your “Gifts List”,  solving a problem for one of your guests, for whom we would supply a “Gift Certificate” which could be presented on the Wedding Day.

SEE  FOR  YOURSELVES

You’ve checked out our “costs” and compared them to others.   Now you MUST check out our work, after-all you don’t buy a car without first having a ‘road test’ and, checking out it’s road-worthiness.

Invite us to visit you, to give  a laptop “slideshow” of recent Weddings undertaken by us, plus a look into our   “Miscellaneous Gallery”   which will show you the versatility of our work,  some of which has appeared on regional TV,  in local newspapers,   monthly magazines,  and a very famous team’s website.
